Location
Businesses wanting to participate by passing out candy can:
1. set up on sidewalk spaces along the closed portion of central ave
2. set up on b street se in a trunk or treat fashion or other vehicles.
3. or participate out of your business location by placing the chamber pumpkin in your window.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
Where does my business set up?
We will have markers along Central Ave with your business name on them.
We will send an email the day before with the general location.
Trunk or Treater's will arrive on B Street SE from 1st Ave SE and park in spaces starting at the end of B Street.
Tell us if you want to be on Central Ave along sidewalks with a table or on B Street with a vehicle decorated.
Or participate out of your business location.
What do I need to bring?
Necessary MUST HAVE items for set up on Central Ave:
Bowl for candy
Candy (if your business is able to provide it)
Other items to think about:
Chairs
Canopies
Signage for your business
What will QVCC provide?
Candy for those that need it.
Candy donations would be greatly appreciated.
Donations can be dropped off at the Chamber office located at 115 F St SE
Fees/Admission
Free to Public.
